Leyla Nanny Services Limited is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in England and Wales on 7 May 2022 under the Companies Act 2006. We provide professional nanny and registered childminding services (SIC 88910) in North London. The website offers general information, practical parenting tips, educational content and the ability to request a consultation. All actual childcare arrangements are made through separate service agreements.
You may submit a request for a free consultation via the contact form on our website. We will contact you as soon as possible (usually within a few hours) to arrange a convenient time. All consultations are non-binding until a formal service agreement is signed.
Prices for our nanny and childminding services are quoted individually during the consultation. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or agreed payment methods. A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Full payment terms will be clearly stated in the service contract provided before any services commence.
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel a confirmed booking up to 48 hours before the start date for a full refund of any deposit paid (minus bank charges if applicable). Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the first day’s fee. Refunds are processed within 10 working days. No refunds are issued for services already provided.
